We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. This shopping experience was pleasant and yes we would come back,matter of fact my wife and will also be looking for a dinning set in the near future.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

I have never felt compelled to write a review about a store.....until now. Finkle's continues to be my all time favourite lighting store, anywhere. Unbelievable selection of excellent quality fixtures, lamps, etc. with service to match. You can browse to your heart's content or if you require assistance these people know their stuff. If you would like to see how a fixture suits your space you can take it home and then decide! Great replacement shades too, not too mention the unique art, furniture and accent pieces.

I can't say enough about the excellent response and work I had done by Chapman Plumbing and Heating. I submitted a quote for the purchase, delivery and installation of 3 toilets to replace ones that were over 30 years. All interactions with the office were excellent with phenomenal response times. Once we provided the go ahead, the work was scheduled in a timely manner and was done quickly and efficiently. All the work areas were spotless on the completion of the work.
