Very impressed with their workmanship. They resized my wedding ring which consists of 3 separate intertwined gold rings. Figuring out new and smaller circumference was challenging taking the thickness of each ring into account. They did it perfectly leaving no trace of resizing on each of the rings. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

I had Ricky come by and installed the roof for us last year. Ricky showed extremly patience and helped me go through and revise the plan over and over again. The work was nicely done, and his crew were polite and professional. They used some sort of detector sweeping the lawn to make sure nothing garbage was left around the house. Small details make the difference, right? I would like to recommend Ricky to anyone I konw of.

After making several emergency calls to various plumbing companies claiming to offer emergency services only to be told there was no one available for days, Jeff came to our rescue to repair a broken water pipe within a half hour at great inconvenience to himself on a stat holiday. He is hugely skilled, knowledgeable, kind, and a consummate professional. His rates are extremely reasonable as well.
