I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Thanks for removing a sticky car dealership decal off our newly purchased 2022 pick up truck. And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. Paul did an excellent job servicing my 2 garage doors. Balanced and lubricated the doors, replaced rollers. It's like I have brand new doors again.
