Dylan of Mr. Rooter responded to our Service call to assess our Gas Hot Water Heater, because of its age, was replaced so as our Pressure Valve, Unclog our kitchen sink and trouble shoot our Carburetor. Dylan is so professional in dealing with us, he has solved our problems very efficiency, and has done a fantastic job, not to mention all the “ maintenance tips” ” that he has given us. Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. Booking with Karen was easy. She listened to what we wanted and found us the best deal out there. This was our first time in Mexico. We stayed at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen, the resort was nice, food selection was great, lots of ala carte. The animals were fun to see and learn about. Beach and pool was nice. We enjoyed our time. Next time we book itll be somewhere with more pools and less walking and we fully trust Karen to help us book our next trip where ever that will be. Lire plus
