This move was our second time using Beacon Movers. I was super pleased with the service yet again. The movers were friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly knew how to move some antique furniture. It also wasn't terribly expensive, so I would definitely use this moving company again, though hopefully I don't have to move again anytime soon. Thanks so much for everything!

I work in a hospital and am constantly afraid of bringing home bed bugs. When I had a scare I called Bed Bug Mutts. Beyond the service (which ensured I did not have bed bugs), they provided me with education on prevention and detection. I had hired a dog before when in Toronto due to an exposure in the hospital, and Bed Bug Mutts were way more thorough AND less expensive! They flipped over the mattresses, inspected the wood on the futon and had Loola Loo the dog sniff absolutely everything!

It was such a pain to make an account on here to write a review, but totally worth it for the amazing service we received. Nick from Bell really saved our hides today! He showed up quickly, was super nice (even though it was after hours!) and fixed our problem! We had little hope that a locksmith could help, but he got the job done. I absolutely recommend this place.

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

Called mid day to request some maintenance on a 14 year old garage door that was having some issues closing properly. Brian was able to send a crew later that same afternoon. The crew were very professional & knowledgeable and were able to trouble shoot the issue and get it fixed right the first time and the price was very reasonable. A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare.
