I bought a nice set up three weeks ago and Gio gave me a great deal on the stuff without me even asking! I've been back several times to buy juice and coils. When I had a battery issue, I saw Connor and it was fixed right away there. When I had coil issues I went to see Connor again, and it was quickly fixed even though it was the manufacturer's fault. I just had a furnace and heat pump installed. Kevin and Matt were prompt (to the minute!), courteous and knowledgeable. Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. To top it all off, turned out the basement lights for us and even put our garage door down for us. Top notch - would highly recommend Richmond Heating and Air. Thank you very much!! Lire plus
