Andre was excellent! We had a foul odour in our home, and were unable to locate the source. Andre came in, and spent the time needed to investigate and locate our plumbing issue. He was honest, fair and we were so happy with the outcome. We highly recommend him. Thanks Andre!

On Saturday, Sep 1st, 2018 at 2 am, the power pack for my CPAP machine died. Luckily, I was able to contact the (unbeknownst to me) the GM for the PSG, and he put the manager for the Moose Jaw office in contact with me and Sunday morning, I got a new power pack. Its the long weekend andtehry wouldnt be open til Tuesday. They went out of their way to help me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This terrific shop had the largest selection and variety of quality crystals,jewelry and healing stones I've ever encountered.The owner was knowledgeable, down-to-earth and helpful without being pushy. Big plus-they have a house dog! It's always a pleasure to visit there.

Joanne was so helpful in explaining to me as to how the online ordering is a tricky thing. She pointed out the flaw in my order (that actually came from the States and was not my intention) and left me feeling confident that she would see to it that the arrangement would be beautiful. Joanne went so far as to call the recipient to inform them that a delivery would be on it's way. Her help and expert advice meant a lot when going through a difficult time.
That's what I call competent, customer service.
