Someone attempted to remove my catalytic converter, but weren't successful. I phoned Calgary Muffler spoke to Al. I had the car towed over and he said he could fix it, and did. I asked if he had any deterrents in the event of a return theft. He did, and he found another Auto place to install it. The thief did come back and took it. I phoned Al again and asked if he could fit me in and fix it. The car went in and it was done same day. I totally recommend this business 100%. Great crew!

Your technician, Brodie, spent no time at all determining my dryer issue. He showed me the problem and gave his recommendation for repair. The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

I called RW Electric after-hours to solve an electrical problem in my condo. When they arrived they diagnosed the problem quickly - a faulty GFCI breaker. RW advised that exact replacements were no longer available, and the equivalent was too large to fit in the panel, so the best solution was a remanufactured unit. The breaker was expensive, but it was installed the next day, it looks just like a new, and I have a one year warranty for parts and labor. 100% satisfied. Would call them again.

Price was very competitive and his work was very professional. When the inspector came to inspect he made a couple comments that he was impressed with the work and signed it off in under 3 minutes.
