Our Basset Hound spent a lot of time soaking up the tree sap camping on the August Long Weekend. It was desperate time for a bath (and a nail clipping). I tried my best to clean him up but wasn't successful. Dropped him off at Bone Appetit and problem solved. They got rid of all the sap accept a little on the lip. The groomer is a former vet assistant and really took good care of our boy. Great staff and very friendly.

I met Dr. Nelson after a slip and fall accident sustained as a letter carrier for Canada Post Corporation in 2011. My whole left side was compromised. I was hugely concerned! I had a very physically demanding job, 2 small children at home whom needed their mom and I could not even lift them because of the injury I sustained. My quality of life was the terrible! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Easily accessible and located across the parking lot from London Drugs in the Westbank area. If they dont have a product they will either get it in for you or recommend a store that might be able to help you.

These guys were very helpful with getting rid of my Rodent problem for me. I am eternally gratefull to them. They answered all my questions and i appreciate that they used products that will not harm my pets or children. They also came back a few weeks later to check that the rats did not return and they filled the entry holes that they were using to get into my home so they stay away. Definately a quality company.
