The Mayfair is a wonderful fitness, tennis, squash, and swimming club. The staff is impressive, from the front desk, to maintenance, to fitness coaches, and instructors -- professional and helpful. Since going there, Ive lost 16 pounds while quitting smoking. Both my body and my attitude have undergone profound, positive changes. I also recommend the spa and yoga studio downstairs.

Although Dr. Shariff doesnt focus on minimizing your pain, he sure is doing a great job. I have felt so good since starting my chiropractic care! I have had the honour of having both Dr. Fabio Di Stefano and Dr. Danielle tend to my chiropractic needs. They make sure that I am well adjusted, and use acupuncture and laser as well. I like that they are highly knowledgeable in nutrition. Dr. Fabios passion for his patients extends to the products he is producing and its like he continues to work on me when I apply his Dr. Ds Super 7 on places of pain.

Guy goes above and beyond as a trainer!!. I started working out with Guy as a way to become stronger after having back surgery. Guy taught me how to train properly with better technique so I won’t injure myself again. As a trainer Guy goes out of his way to accommodate your needs and abilities. He went as far as researching Dragon boat techniques to help me train for the sport and spent time learning how to adapt the exercises during my pregnancies. I would highly recommend him!!

This place is very welcome. I am happy that I have found Dr Gowtham. He is the best physiotherapist I have ever had. Very patient centered, he always goes beyond his cope to help people deal with some health issues. He has helped me with my vertigo, with my diet which is very difficult to handle and other ailments beside my physiotherapy care. I also appreciate the caring approches of other professionals there. Dr Ryan the chiropractor, Mary and so on, are all very caring.
