This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. Shout out to Mid Island Towing who came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when the clutch blew on the truck.
It was a busy day for them but they made it, the driver was excellent and was able to park our poor truck perfectly in the driveway where it could be fixed in situ. AND it was surprisingly affordable.
