I recently used Buy Sell & Trade to get rid of a bunch of stuff around my house. I registered on their site and had some trouble so sent an email to their web master. He phoned me in the evening (ok, I was shocked!) and walked me through getting registered. I posted my stuff and within 20 minutes had received my first call. Best of all, all the ads online are also printed in their paper. To me that kinda covers all the off line people. I'm pleased with how easy the process is to use their site and that all the ads are checked for scams.

I've had only 4 cold laser sessions on my knee and am so pleased. I suffer with meniscus pain and am waiting for surgery which just got rescheduled again. I noticed a difference the first time and can walk up the stairs now without pain. This service is great, happy not to go out in bad weather to have my appointment. Dr. G's office is state of the art in looks, equipment and staff. They take excellent care of my eye sight. I have Glaucoma and have had several operations to control the ocular pressure. I have a yearly examination. A few years back, Dr. G. recommended the OptoMap Machine, where he found that I have Focal Lattice Degeneration. He referred me to an excellent Opthamalogist in Victoria to repair it. I feel confident with the terrific care I receive at this beautiful, state of the art office. Awesome selection of glasses too..

Shout out to Mid Island Towing who came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when the clutch blew on the truck.
It was a busy day for them but they made it, the driver was excellent and was able to park our poor truck perfectly in the driveway where it could be fixed in situ. AND it was surprisingly affordable.
