After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed.
