Very good service, both in the showroom and from the delivery team. We recently had a problem with our hot tub and Caroline was able to show us how to rectify it quickly and easily. Highly recommend this place!

Fabulous staff and so friendly. I phone for an appointment and someone answers the phone right away (after the usual speel about emergencies and such). I was new to Ladysmith a year ago so they were very helpful in setting me up for online lab services too. Never have to wait longer than 10 minutes for an appointment either. So glad they are nearby.

The staff was very informative about their products and I trust them for the right fit for me when it comes to hockey. Parking is free and available on most days.

The staff is very knowledgeable about their products and services, making sure that you have the proper lotions for your desired affect. Came here on a road trip when one of my tires had a slow leak. The guy helped us out immediately even though he was on a lunch. Super nice guy and helped me with exactly what I needed. If I lived in the area this would be the place I would go to take my car.

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.
