I've been using Stan and his team to open and close our pool for many years. He's always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't have to be home when they arrive to do the work but I always try to be there because there's always some little tidbit of knowledge he shares about pool maintenance. Our wee yorkie "T.J." started a terrible cough and was having trouble breathing.. Unfortunately our family vet was in surgery and not available on this particular day?. We called 4 other veterinary clinics in the area and all of them said "sorry, no appts available" we couldn't believe that even being an extreme emergency (difficulty breathing) we were being turned away! When we called Durham vet clinic they welcomed us with open arms and was being assessed and treated a couple hours later!❤️

Dr. Talsky is great. She's really, really thorough and takes the time to explain procedures and results in detail (and she's also got a great way with patients: warm and professional). The office is very efficient - no unnecessary waiting and the techs are great at walking you through the tests and measurements they conduct. Also love the fact that there is no hard sell on glasses or contacts. I would definitely recommend Dr. Talsky to anyone needing eye care.

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

Always compassionate and answers all my questions and has suggested other treatments that he feels would help me with my pain and those treatments have 80% been successful. I went to Tower D on a recommendation after a bad experience with another vet. My cat hates his carrier, but won't come out at the vet. My old vet would drag him out by the scruff of his neck. At Tower Drive, great care, the dr actually took time to dismantle the carrier around him and remove the top, and then only lifts him out gently if he has to weigh him or otherwise needs to. I was impressed in so many ways with the gentle care at Tower Road. Also no extra unnecessary and duplicated tests.

I am their customer for 10 years now. Very satisfied with everything. Very reasonable prices( I always buy a voucher), I have done sooooo many photobooks for my big family, all success. Quality is great, shipping is not expensive, always comes 7 days after I submitted my order. And exceptionally great customer service (I had to call a few times there by phone in these 10 years). Maybe one note - customer service is only Monday-Friday, not available on evenings or weekends. Thank you!

Sleep evaluation is a challenge. If you are there you likely need to be, so suck it up. This is not a spa, it is a lab. Clinicians are at work. Nothing sexy about it. I have been 2X, testing and follow up. I was treated well, the staff was efficient and the work gets done. You are out of your comfort zone, deal with it. Nobody enjoys the experience, it sucks to be wired up. But, the reward is potentially life-affecting. A spa would be nice, so is better sleep. Stop complaining & sleep well.

We've been to the Granite Brewery a number of times as the food is always fantastic with generous portions. In addition to the delicious food, they have a good selection of their own brews. We especially enjoyed their Ringwood, a delightful blonde.
There are different atmospheres for different tastes, but at the Granite Brewery they have several to choose from. Two excellent patios, a bar, and a family restaurant area, all designed for comfort. The rear patio looks particularly amazing, but as it was raining, we'll just have to wait until next time to try it out. It should also be noted that the Granite Brewery has free parking with easy access. The Granite Brewery gets our highest recommendation and we will be back soon.
