I have been a customer for as long as I can remember,perhaps since 1975. I actually straight for about a year when I purchased a used Pontiac and had more trips to Service than I had with Honda combined --needless to say, I brought that (low milege) Pontiac and traded in for another HONDA. Have not regreted ever!
Service has always been great. Feel confident with their surface and our go-too sales could not be finer. Martin is wonderful - he is very thorough and puts one at ease, always.

Great customer service..went in as my engine cover was hanging off. I bolt had come lose. The replaced the bolt and I was in an out in 15 minutes. Thanks for the prompt service.

I got referred to Jameel when my wipers got destroyed in the April ice storm (lol). Jameel was super cool yet professional, and he was super honest! He fixed everything and did a great job. Ill definitely be going to him from now on for any future mechanic work needed.

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 from Paul, and it has been a truly delightful experience. He was very accommodating and even delivered the vehicle directly to my business, which was a huge help.

Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

just one word. I have now been with these guys for almost like 2 years when i first came to toronto.. HONEST.
You will see that for yourself. That is the number one reason for why I drive all the way from Mississauga to where these guys are located.
I even even argued with them once back for the price that they put up for a service item for which i was actually wrong i must acept. stupid of me. But these gys value their customers a lot.Never said anything negative.

My VW Golf would not start, so I had CAA give me a boost but since we are only in Collingwood for 1 more day, I was left to try to figure out what the issue was. I was called Import Auto Center and they were able to squeeze me in. They checked the car out and gave it a clean bill of health, and did not overcharge by replacing the battery or alternator which I was happy with. I appreciated them being able to get me in quickly and provided me with peace of mind. Thanks very much for your help.

He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I bought parts her for several years, no problems saved a lot of money. Some the complaints here do not make sense, if you want a used bulb go and pull one out, it will likely be free. Mike past away suddenly July 2018 leaving the business disarray. If you call Mike still answers voice mail but returns so far this year.
