Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Adam the owner is a great guy! He is honest, reliable and works very efficiently.
Adam's price was very fair. He arrived on time when he said he would. He had all the special equipment to take down my spruce tree; he removed the stump below ground level and did a thorough clean up of the area ... all in less than 2 hrs!
He is very knowledgeable about trees and offered good advice.
