I have had the same stylist for 23 years. She is always accommodating and takes me and my three girls in back to back when I call to book in on a day that it will work for her. Reasonable price for cut and style. I can’t get a good cut at other salons for that price. The salon is always very clean. They are sticking with all protocols through covid. I’m always pleased with their customer service at the Essa Rd. Location.

Great service! Arrived home from work in the evening only to find our tank was full or blocked. I called LJ's and even though he was already home for the day, he got in his truck and was at my house in about a half hour. Tank was pumped, and the blockage removed in quick time. Great guy! highly recommend!

He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. Was extremely quick with every response and got me everything I need to avoid ever paying a gym membership again!
