I attended a visitation for a close friend who had passed away. I was impressed with the facilities which were modern and clean. The staff were professional and kind. The funeral director who prepared my friend for viewing did an excellent job as he looked so good and that brought back memories to the days when he was well and we had fun. Overall they did a great job and provided compassionate service in a spotless environment.

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

In three years when the card is set to expire, build with safety will automatically notify me to come back in to complete a working at heights refresher. They are COVID compliant and were very concerned with my safety. I was happy with my experience, and the trainer was very enthusiastic about answering all my questions. Was in a bad car accident and was left with hearing loss and bad ringing in the ears from the air bag. John said some got relief with hearing aids. Insr. was slow at approving and I was on a trial but John really worked with me and extended it as he knows it was helping me. He is a very caring man and really wishes to help people. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend him to all my friends.
