I just moved to Edmonton and needed to get my carpet cleaned at the house I moved into. Both my real estate agent and home inspector recommended Steamxpress, so I opted to try them. I was very impressed with their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my website inquiry, but they called to confirm in advance of my appointment. After the cleaning was done, I received a call from the office to confirm everything went well and was asked a few survey questions. Every experience I had from Modern Power Vac was a great one. When I first called into the office to make the appointment, the woman I talked to on the phone was very informative and answered all the questions I had adequately. When the technician showed up at my home, he was also very informative. He explained what the total cost would be and how the cleaning would be done prior to me committing to anything. He then took a good couple of hours to complete the whole home duct cleaning. I called Modern Power Vac because I had completed some renos in my home and now after the cleaning has been completed, there is no residual dust at all! I just wanted to give shout out to the staff at Central Auto and Truck parts. My left hand rear window got smashed this morning. They took my car in right away and I had it back in a few hours. All broken glass was cleaned up and looking perfect. Very reasonably priced too!! Thank you Lire plus
