He got to my place at the beginning of the 1/2 hr range he said he would and proceeded to work on and clear my plugged toilet. He was the only one who answered his own phone and could tell me what part of the day he could get to my place. The rest I had to leave a message or fill out a form and they would get back to me at some point of the day. I definitely recommend him.

This company is very friendly/ willing to look up values. If they can't find it, they will gladly refer you on to specific companies who can.
Since our case was for the replacement value on an insurance claim, they gladly did this even without knowing yet if they would be getting further business from us. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

Croft Agencies Ltd is one of the best Strata Management Companies we have ever had. We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.
