Our Vacuums Suck ! ... and that's a Good Thing!
Excellent service for my central vacuum. Texas came and diagnosed ithe problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. He had it completely repaired and reinstalled within 48 hours. Friendly and professional, just an amazing service. Thank you Texas!

Over the years, I personally have purchased over $10k worth of gear from Long and McQuade. About 7 years ago, Kamloops became my store. My relationship with L&M, their service and quality of equipment has been consistently excellent. Lyla is an absolute joy to work with. Recently, I have started purchasing my church equipment for PA sound etc from them.
That said... Over the years I have had two issues with purchases. Both were resolved quickly and pleasantly.
