After having been abandoned by the dentist I first went to in Victoria, I happened upon Dr Serink and her team. I called on a Monday morning and they were able to book me in for an appointment the following morning. I subsequently had work done in a kind and professional manner, alleviating my concerns and being grateful for finding a dental office that put my fears to rest. Amazing staff, they make one feel like a wanted and important as opposed to feel like a burden like most places. They're such wonderful people and always willing to go out of their way, the whole staff, to help you. They offer many services with a smile. Sorry for being overly complimentative but I can't help it, it is all true. I visited Stockli Maytag recently while searching for a range hood microwave. Debbie was extremely pleasant and helpful - she took her time and answered our questions throughly. After visiting one of their competitors, it was a refreshing change to visit a store focused on customer service.
While I haven't bought my microwave yet, I'll definitely be looking to buy from them!

Peter Mah and staff at Royal Oak are superb. Peter is extremely capable and, unlike most of the rest of the profession, is aware that aesthetics have a huge impact on people's self-esteem. Just finished buying our second trailer from the fine folks at Peden RV. Brad, Heather P and Heather B. Were again very accommodating. On multiple occasions they met us after hours to fit with our schedule. Their NO PRESSURE sales approach is a breath of fresh air in the high pressure world of trailer sales. We also found that they do NOT have the hidden fees that most of the other retailers have.
After your purchase they schedule a walk through of the unit with you (at no charge). Ken did the walk through with us and again he was great! it was our first trailer and he took the time to explain everything to us and how it all worked.
We highly recommend this company and will be sure to send all of our friends and family there.

Probably the best and most unique shop in the whole of Canada! This guy is a national treasure, you will not see his likes, the centuries old lost skills or the extraordinary fine art (and I mean the ultimate in fine art) he creates anywhere....Pure genius...and what a nice guy! He took time from his important work to answer all my meagre questions and gave me the tour! This guy gave me back my faith in humanity.
