I prefer to shop at Dj Depot. The staff are professionals in this field. The know their craft and are able communicate effectively. These pros can explain in detail or trouble shoot over the phone. They always converse without attitude nor are they overly technical so i never feel stupid when onsite. Ive have been acquiring my equipment from Dj Depot since 1993 and I have no complaints.

Fantastic service & support, We call Deker with an ESA concern over a realty sale with only a few days to address unexpected issues, Derek came to our place within 2 hours at 7pm, after normal hours to assess concern, Lana rescheduled workers so 9am the next day a Deker crew was on site to begin repairs, they completed repairs in 2 business days, handled the ESA needs, permits, etc. on schedule and under budget. Customer service at D&D Pools is fantastic! We were having an issue with a leak, called D&D for advice, Dennis showed up at our door within 3 minutes as he was working around the corner. Dennis gave my husband great advice, and said to give him a call anytime. How great was that!! This is not the first time, last year we had a floating liner issue, D&D arrived same day, full crew, fixed the issue that day. WOW! and the bill was "very reasonable". 10/10 for us. Great guys, great service.
