Every session is customized based on your specific needs and situations. He may use the tools called IASTM, or cupping, or acupuncture depending your severity. I had one of my knee got injury when I went snowboarding, and my knee got much better after 2 sessions. Recommended to everybody to try it.

The food hands down cannot be beat. I contacted Josie for my works Christmas lunch, she did not disappoint! the food was nice and hot when it arrived, the amount was unbelievable (I work with mostly men, and there was left overs!) The guys after lunch could not stop talking about how good the food was. I even got to take some pasta home for my children (who I do not think took one breath while eating they enjoyed it that much!) I would MOST DEFINALITY recommend Rainbow Lunches.

He was honest, professional, super knowledgeable, friendly, and his prices were very reasonable! He ordered parts ahead of time, and he was so kind that he drove me to and from Markville Mall while my car was getting work done. He was very communicative about the work he was doing and even washed my car! He knows what he is doing and I 100% recommend him!!

My sister and I had the greatest experience for dinner and an evening out. Our waitress, Hasti was very sweet, efficient, her recommendations were amazing and we were not disappointed! We shared Shishlik (lamb) and Shekari Keban (chicken) and fried eggplant for an appetizer, Baklava for dessert .. all absolutely flavourful. The live music and dancing was an added bonus! Was so wonderful to see smiling faces and no one living in fear ... all living life and having a good time. ???

A big shout out to Bartle and Gibson for taking the time and support I needed, when looking for a tall toilet. Cody was my contact and did an excellent job in keeping me in the loop. It seems that the suppliers for many of the businesses are not very timely in sending requested items, so I didn't blame the business but commend them on keeping in touch and doing their best to accommodate my needs. Cody, you ROCK. Our Plummer installed it yesterday and all parts were there. Thanks again to all.
