I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.
