Don't let the humble appearance of this restaurant fool you! Lhy Thai has fantastic food at very reasonable prices. Most meals fall in the $10 range, making it easy to justify a night out. I know of people who come here every time they're in the Vancouver/Burnaby area. Definitely worth checking out.

The perfect company to call If you want to rent your property in Vancouver. They provide excellent service, they’re knowledgeable and know the residential tenancy act very well. I needed some work done on my teeth and my regular dental office could not fit me in to see them until the following week so I thought that I would give Sunrise office a call to see if I could get in there sooner. The receptionist was great and they actually got me in for an appointment the following day! Vinay did amazing work on my teeth and explained everything clearly so that I understood the work involved. Id highly recommend Dr.Vinay and the Sunrise Village Dental team, it was top notch!!

This office has the best and professional staff. They are all friendly and delivers the best result. Always available on Emergency. The front staff is great in helping you with dealing with your insurance which I am ignorant. They give you all their options. Highly recommended!!!
