Bob at Mr.Freeze has been awesome with helping me with my aging truck. From fuel lines to replacing original parts (the truck is a 97) I always get treated fairly, never any curve balls, and my truck runs freaking amazing STILL!

Every weekend we take the kids out for a meal at McDonald’s in Aylmer Ontario to give us a break from cooking. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and quick. We placed an order in the drive through and it turned out to be wrong. We went in to get what we were missing and the staff was amazing! They apologized, gave us our food and the manager gave us a full refund for the inconvenience. Now that is service!! Thank you!! Kathryn

I had called around to other companies before contacting Middlesex Mechanical and was met with nonchalance and 'I'll get to you when I get to you attitude'- IF I got a response at all. As soon as I called Middlesex Mechanical- Chris came out the next day to check out my back yard to run a gas line. He contacted me immediately with a plan and an amazing quote and two days later he was installing my gas line. I would give 10 stars if I could:)
