Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. It was with great pride to come home to find that our sewer connection to the house was finished. Topsoil was in place . plants replaced, and no soil or sand left on site. I took a look around the neighbourhood in dismay that other contractors had left such a mess for the homeowners to clean up. Approved was very professional in their work and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. The is a West kelowna company that takes great pride in the jobs they do at competitive prices. Great job
