We worked with Paul a few weeks ago to do the home inspection for our first home. He was super knowledgeable, patient with all the questions, meticulous, friendly and professional. I don't have words to commend his ethics and hard work.
Today, after moving in to our new place we panicked because there was some water on the floor. We contacted Paul (without a previous appointment) who came to our rescue very late in the night. This guy deserves a prize.

A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. We are building an addition to our existing West Vancouver home and needed an excavation team. Al, Blake and George were able to fit us in and went above and beyond what we ever hoped for. They needed to excavate tons of earth and large rocks which are expensive to dispose of. In less than two hours, Al and his team managed to quickly and effortlessly use much of the additional soil and granite rocks to build a stepped walkway and berm on a much neglected side of the house saving us over $1000 in removal fees and improving the property immensely. However, the best part was the attitude and passion of this team lead by Al. They were incredibly fast and really fun to work with. I strongly recommend Al and his company to anyone.

Kirmac on Weswood street in Port Coquitlam is so far the best me and my husband experienced in years. We feel very fortunate that we found them! Their managerJohn is so helpfull, communicative, very knolagable and organized. It's so nice to deal with him when you are already stressed out from the accident situation. The staff is very plaesent and nice to deal with. The repair is done on time and to satisfaction. I would recommend them to anybody.
