Sumit was amazing to deal with at Fido in Woodgrove mall. I ended up buying a new iPhone XR but when I went home I had no service so ended up needing to return it two days later on Boxing Day. The mall was so busy but he still helped me return it and refunded everything. Overall amazing experience with him and would recommend dealing with him if you need anything. Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service. Lire plus
