Wow! That's all I can say after my first visit to the Victoria store; wow! I was a little over whelmed when I walked into the store but I was greeted by a nice young man named Neil who helped me out the whole way. He was very honest about what he thought looked good and what didn't! In the end I am so pleased with my purchase. Will be back!

The salesperson Toufik was over the top helpful. My elderly mother had a new phone she needed to get a sim card for and he went out of his way to listen, was patient and addressed her directly which she appreciated, and even though nobody was sure of the server he tried his best to fix he problem, and came up with the best solution. They were busy and helpful to all the customers.

They are sooo good! Have taken in things I’ve tried many times to get stains out of, and they get them looking new. Quite affordable, even got my backpacks cleaned here with zero damage. Friendly and helpful staff (owner?) Can’t recommend enough!

Our friendly neighbourhood floral shop -- all year round, a good selection and great pricing for bouquets, plants, hanging baskets, etc. I am a little suspicious of all those 1 star reviews, mostly because most were input within a week of each other, but also because it just doesn not align with my experience of Harrys to date.

We called on Friday to make an appointment for the next day, Saturday. However, Saturday . started out very badly. The person who made the appointment didn't know there was limited service on Saturdays and the work we needed may not be possible. This was made worse by the fact we travelled by ferry to get here. All is well that ends well, however. Alex somehow got the repairs done for us. He turned an unhappy customer into a happy one and we will come back....maybe not on a Saturday. Thank you

We had excellent care for a major surgery. The doctor was very thorough and explained the details.
As others noted, it can be expensive.
However, this is an emergency facility, and does not have the subsidies that human health care does.
If you need regular pet care, go to a standard vet, but anything beyond that costs money.
Thats the reality of pet health care, and ownership. And why it is generally recommended to purchase pet insurance or save for these emergency situations.

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

Have always liked this clinic but find it very annoying when it says the hours to call in on Sat. are 8 to 1 yet nobody answers the phone. And the message says they answer the phone on Fridays from 8 to 3. I work night shift...do i sats up all morning to find out they will never answer on Sat.? This is frustrating.

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.

I can hardly tell you how pleased I am with Staples in Langford. I purchased a gizmo to convert slides into digital images with the help of Kenyon, who gave knowledgeable, friendly service, with technical expertise. Two months later, the converter stopped working. Jo, Mary, and Laurel were all completely helpful. I thought I'd have to send it back to the manufacturer or something awkward, but everyone did her best to make sure I had a new one in short order -- no doubts about my situation, and only a very short form to fill out. Friendly, happy, humourous, and very competent people. Wow. You can't get much better than that.

I always get first class customer service at the location. The sales department staff are willing to help and their printing service is excellent for a small business owner like me. I can submit online and then pickup in the store. That saves me time. In a day when service is generally poor in retail environments, Staple's is an example of what service should be.
