I have been a very satisfied customer of Sager’s for over 35 years. In fact, virtually all of the furniture in my home has been purchased there. I find that the furniture is of a very high quality, but most importantly, the owners are on site every day, and they and the staff are experienced, knowledgable and very service oriented. When you have sold furniture, and top lines, as long as they have, you have an expertise that I find I can rely on. They are the best!

I really love this Starbucks location. The customer service is always friendly and helpful and I have found my lattes to be consistently creamy and delicious. They also have the yummy Tuna Thai wraps which are really good and their bakes goods are always fresh. I definitely recommend this Starbucks if you are craving a good coffee and snack.

Excellent friendly staff! specifically at this location. Unlike the reviewer below( believe she has the wrong store altogether )The severs remember my orders, including the extra toppings I like , and unlike most of the other subways here in Nanaimo, aren't cheap with the toppings . I specifically drive out of my way to go to this store - usually am there when its busy around lunch, but have also gone late in the evening and although the staff has changed , they also have given good service.

The food was excellent both times weve been. Myself, daughter, son, and 1 year old grandaughter visited today and the service was fast and tge server was so kind. The kitchen made the baby a roll without seaweed at our request. The server " Jade"? loved the baby and the baby didnt want to leave, holding out her arms to the server as we went out the door. A+

I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. A big shout out to SEVEN VALLEY’S and its NEW OWNERSHIP! I went in there and the family that own it now are SO lovely and friendly. Ramil who is the son asked what I was looking for and said if it’s not there they will try to order it. I was speaking to Amina (the mother) and she said she will be cooking new and wonderful things for the store! I’m so excited as I love Mediterranean food! Check it out! They also offer a student discount (if you let him know) and anything over $100 = a discount!

I had my first visit to the office and I was so impressed! The staff are so friendly and the house has such a warm energy! The Hygienist is top notch. Dr.Mcmillan and his assistant were top notch and made me feel very comfortable and he answered all of my questions. The gal at the front knew what she was doing and was so sweet and the whole visit was excellent. I highly recommend this office. They are very professional and experienced!

I started going to this place a couple of months ago following a work injury. The office is very clean and uptodate with all kind of equipment you might need. Very friendly and professional staff, and wonderful physiotherapists. I have been seeing Brandon, who has helped a lot during each session by using the right treatments as well as equipment during the sessions, and sending me descriptive photos and videos of my daily routines in an email following each session.
I definitely recommend them.

He visited me three times during my six days in the hospital to see how I was feeling and even called me on the phone two months later to check on how my recovery was going. Here’s a doctor who cares. You will be glad you put yourself in his skilled hands. Sheri, his assistant is also top of the class. Always has time for you if you call or email.

Great customer service. Excellent work. I took my car in for detailing and was very satisfied with the quality of work. The detailer cleaned every corner of the vehicle. When I picked up it was showroom condition. There service is above 5 star more like 10/10. Reasonably priced and quality of work is unbelievable. I have taken my car to detailing shops in my area and never got good professional care or quality. Highly recommend my drive from Surrey to Richmond was so worth it.
