I visited Little's on Thursday, February 23rd, 2012 to have my brake pads replaced and a belt squeak checked out. The management and the mechanics were professional and friendly, the prices were very reasonable, and they were able to fix up the car very quickly and on short notice. The final amount was below what was quoted to me and the car is running great. Worth the drive out from Ottawa - I'll be back for sure. Definitely recommend!

Sue spent a lot of time making sure we had all the information and options available to us to make a decision. She was also able to retrieve information on an earlier purchase we had made so we could see if we wanted to match it. While being new to the store she was very helpful and in no way high pressure in her dealings with us. This pharmacy has the best service by far. They are extremely efficient, and offer exceptional customer service. They are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and as an added benefit, their dispensing fee is low so you don’t have to pay when you have full coverage, unlike other competitors. Plus they are much more personable compared to other pharmacies.

Leilak Anderson was recommended to us for work at our cottage in the Gatineau Hills; we were told he was the Quebec tree-climbing champion. What a crew! I was totally impressed as I watched these guys work together to take down a huge tree that was leaning over our cottage.
I would highly recommend this company if you want a certified and fully insured professional team to protect your property. And considering Leilak is an internationally acclaimed arborist, we were surprised at the competitiveness of his prices.

Just bought a used Audi A6 and 3 months after I purchased the car, my Check Engine light came on and my air conditioning wasn't working properly. I took it my own personal mechanic, they thought they fixed it but it came back on 3 days later. Frustrated, I took it to an Audi dealership while in Toronto on vacation and they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to diagnose the problem and eventually fix the problem. I wasn't too keen but I agreed, bought a beautiful car, check engine light shouldn't be on bottom line. Two weeks later back in Ottawa my check engine light came back on !!!! Now I was very frustrated. In limbo my car needed an oil change so I took it to Midas on Baseline rd. The mechanic named Alex indicated to me once again the light was on. I said go a head and see if you can fix the problem thinking if Audi can't fix it who can. The Manager said if they can't find the problem they won't charge me for the diagnosis. It was zero risk for me and a win/win for both of us. Alex was able to find the problem and fixed it with my authorization. The light has never come back on again. Turns out the mechanic Alex is an Electrical Engineer who specializes in cars. AND my final bill to fix it was a fraction of what Audi charged me. Alex in my opinion is an electrical genius !! If anyone has eletrical problems take your car to Midas on Baseline Rd in Ottawa and ask for Alex. It will save you alot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$ and frustation.
