Jeremy was great to deal with. They re- checked the "problem" that was diagnosed by another garage only to find out I can keep my money.... They are nice fellows and I'll be returning to them with any work that needs to be done in the future. I'm glad these guys are around :-)

I am an out of province visitor to Calgary. Had a problem with my Thule roof rack. Wanted to move the crossbars, but all the locks were frozen. The staff at the 16th Ave.NW store were very friendly and helpful in solving the problem. Great service and highly recommended.

Dropped off at 7:20 AM this morning (Apr 07/21) - David was upfront about the wait time (based on quick inspection) - booked an appointment for (Apr 12/21) in case they could not get to it today/rest of the week and said it would be better not to drive. Up front about cost and emailed me the quote and that they could possibly get it done tonight by closing. Got the call it was ready - very impressed with the staff and the job that they did. Best experience I’ve had with a dealership in Alberta by far. Randy, the Business Manager, was so easy to work with and was such a gentleman. Ryan also helped to make sure the whole process went smoothly and made sure everything was in order. Peter, our Sales Rep, was a star! He went above and beyond to ensure our customer satisfaction, which we were extremely happy with and grateful for.
This is the only dealership I plan on working with, despite the fact that we live in Edmonton.

Excellent customer service.. Mechanic knows what he is doing and he shows you what is wrong with your car and makes sure that you see it unlike other mechanics when they just call through all the problems to your list even unnecessary stuff just so they make more money out of labour hours
