The staff at pom are very friendly and hospitable and professional. They are very experienced and knowledgeable in their fields. I found this dental office spontaneously when I needed an emergency root canal and they were in the same building as my old job. I have a severe phobia of dental work and I can't say enough great things about this place. All the staff is very supportive and understanding. They all work together to make me as comfortable as possible each and every visit. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding and take their time when they know you are frightened. Enter the actual dentist, doctor Kachuk, who is just as supportive and understanding, and is truly excellent at his craft. He let me set my own pace until I started feeling more comfortable. With his fantastic work I now have about ten years of waiting dental work finished and couldn't be happier. Short version: amazing dentist, go here.

Before getting my teeth whitened professionally, I had tried doing it at home with whitening toothpaste or special kits. The results were okay, but I knew I could get better results at a dental clinic. After, putting it off for a couple of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and schedule an appointment.
My experience at Rosedale Family Dental Clinic was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left. From the moment I first walked into the office I was amazed by how warm and inviting the office space was. It did not have the cold, sterile environment I had experienced at other dental offices. I knew right away that this was not going to be a typical dental appointment. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease.
Rosedale Family Dental Care is definitely my new choice for all of my future dental procedures. The overall feel of the office was nice and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to answer my questions. Dr. Archer was professional and very friendly. I am so happy that I choose to get my teeth whitened at Rosedale Family Dental Care.
