I've been coming to this shop since 2008, if not earlier than that. I've also had my family and friends come to this shop every single year. Whether it for new rims, change of summer or winter tires or tire balancing. The owner is Francis and he and his son in the back know what they are doing. I remember coming here when Brandon (the owners son) was still learning the trade and now he is the wizard in the back doing all the work. Service is great, prices are more than favourable to the client!

I have read some of the negative comments on here about his company and I find it shocking. Nisal is a decent guy and he wants your business and will do what it takes to get it. November 27, 2020 was my first visit to this location. I would like to let the owners know that their location was one of the cleanest and organized store, with well stocked shelves. I have shopped at 4 other locations in Whitby/Ajax area and my shopping experience was very different. The floor was well staffed with friendly and helpful staff and the cashier was very friendly and pleasant. I live in Whitby but will definitely shop at this location again.

Ohh goodness me, the Ja Jang Myeon (wheat noodles with black soybean paste) is HEAVENLY! After watching sooo many Korean Dramas and seeing all the actors/actresses eating this dish, I was finally able to taste it for myself and it was the most delicious bowl of noodles I have ever eaten! With such a unique taste and texture I basically gobbled and slurped my way down to the very last noodle.
With the restaurant having such a family-oriented business feeling to it, it really felt like I was enjoying a home-cooked Korean meal.

Not sure why people are saying terrible slow service I had a great customer service experience! This is my 1st time to this location. I ordered a Grande Latte. The service was very good and staff was friendly and I received the Latte in less than 3 min and it was made perfectly. Will comeback here. Amazing location!!!

The owner showed me the same piece of furniture but in different qualities...u buy based on your budget. They had the same furniture brick and Leons have but at a fraction of the cost. I went to Scruples to get my hair cut, highlighted and styled. I was tired of my natural black hair and wanted to change my look. My haircut was done by Giancarlo, who helped make my thick, bulky looking hair look much more soft and not as heavy as it felt. My highlights and styling was done by Alexandria and I absolutely loved the job she did! She helped me achieve the look I wanted. Overall, I am very impressed with Scruples and will definitely be returning in the future.

Highly recommended! We had Brian refinish our living room ceiling. He scraped off the old popcorn ceiling texture and skimmed it perfectly smooth, and painted it. Very professional and easy to work with. Took the time to protect our hardwood floors and worked in a timely and courteous manner. We will be having him back to remove the rest of our popcorn ceilings in the near future!

I have been coming here for close to 20 years and have seen quite a few management changeovers in that time. Keta is by far the best! She has brought in new services and with it new customers and at the same time ensured that it is very friendly and it is like going to see family. As silly as that sounds it means i really enjoy going. I have also had consistently great service from Keta, Sandra or Dom, often when i walk in without appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone.
