The service is great at this location. I've dealt with Liz on a few occasions and she is so lovely to deal with - very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very willing to check to see if my size was available elsewhere and had no problem ordering it in. She did not make me feel like a nuisance. Such great quality footwear. Was so lucky to have found Orca Pool & Spa! My hot tub was in pretty gross condition, seeing more in it's short 3 year lifespan than any hot tub should ever have to see, and Mike fix and restored it to pristine showroom condition again. Had a leaky tire this morning. My first call was to Kal Tire, and they told me to drop off the vehicle for the day and come back in the late afternoon. This wasnt an option for me. Then called OK Tire and had a most pleasant fellow tell me to come on down and theyll get it fixed up right away. They sure did! 10 mins in and out and super friendly, helpful service.
