Rich has been cleaning my carpets for 8 years . I would not have anyone else because his service is efficient, effective and extremely professional. Rich can address issues with pet stain ( I have a dog with the odd accident) . When he finishes my carpets look like new.

I have been a patron of this library for many years starting with Argyle Mall,East London plaza and it's current location now.The staff has always been very excellent and helpful whenever I've needed assistance for anything.It is a great place to visit and just sit and read a book and sometimes just to get out of the house and be around other people.I hope this branch will continue to serve the people of this community for many years to come.

I just wrote a huge story about one of your employees who made my night bareable. Ask all of your staff about the lady wearing the pin cancer pin saying love conquers all, she will know who she is. Your employee saw my tears as I left my friends visitation and asked if she could hug me. That hug was such a warm embrace. Please let her know how much it meant to me.

Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more! Every weekend we take the kids out for a meal at McDonald’s in Aylmer Ontario to give us a break from cooking. They are always very pleasant, friendly, and quick. We placed an order in the drive through and it turned out to be wrong. We went in to get what we were missing and the staff was amazing! They apologized, gave us our food and the manager gave us a full refund for the inconvenience. Now that is service!! Thank you!! Kathryn
