They salon is a family business with multiple staff members who always make sure that they exceed my expectations. They have a large staff with all types of talents. I have been going for many many years it has moved its location at Eastgate to another salon very nice girls from haircrafters new ones from that location was there last night one of the associates from that location was just nasty to the girls from haircrafters i would think that if you have worked with the girls for a month you would know their names she was not very professional at all i think her name was Shea only because one of her clients ased for her.

Everyone had a right to there opinion but I have to respond to mcc40384 review of Patty. I have been going to Trade Secreats for 2 years now. Patty is my colorist and stylist and I thank God I met her. She has tons of energy is so friendly and is truly amazing at her job. I have NEVER received complements on my hair like I do now. This is due 100% to Patty.
