My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. You never feel rushed to make decisions. They take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.
The quality of their furniture is super.
I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates a great shopping experience!
I doubt we will ever shop at one of the chain stores again.

After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.

Worked with Gurpreet who helped us find the perfect love seat and at a great deal! She is personable, very knowledgeable, had great suggestions -- she very patient with me!!
