Excellent service! We had a check engine light come on as we came back into Canada, traveling home from Florida. An after hours call to Downtown Mercedes had us connected within a couple of hours to Clive Cheung, a service advisor at Downtown Mercedes in Toronto. He brought us in the next morning without an appointment and saw to it that our vehicle was serviced promptly. We had it back the next day, after my Toronto meeting, and we were able to continue our travels without delay.

Top class professional service performed by Mike's Auto Collision. This is the second time that I have used their services. I had a problem with the heater control panel. Nissan asked 800$ just for replacement part. Mark repared it for 260$ including work. Wonderfull job!!

My wife and I stopped in here on a whim about 5 years ago for an affordable oil change. We have never got anywhere else since and I ONLY trust Mike with my vehicle. This Meineke location has been reliable and dependable. Mike, the guy that runs the place is always willing to work with you to solve problems (mechanical or schedual) and doesn't try to upsell you. He has gotten us out of a dozen scrapes and only does the work that you tell him. 10/10 would recommend/trust this place.

2nd time I bought an Audi s4 from these guys. I walked in and couldn't have felt anymore comfortable with the staff, car and service offered. This is the best body shop i jave ever been too... my brand new car passenger door was touching the fender and was not opening ... i went to 3 body shop everybody told me they give an estimate of $1200 with doors needs to be painted again ... i went to moga body shop at 32 rutherford rd, gimmy removed the door out within 5 minutes without any damage to paint.. and he did not charge me any single penny for it... very geniune guy ...
