I started going to A and J Automotive several years ago.He is an amazing mechanic and he is honest.As a woman going to a mechanic, he is the best I have ever dealt with. He explains everything to you and lets you know all of the options available.I have recommended several friends there over the years and they have been thrilled as well.I will always go here first.I have never been surprised by a bill, other than it was a lot less than it would have been elsewhere. Hi I shop quite often at your store for medication and any time I go there I’m welcomed by a nice lady “later I found out that she is a loss preventions officer “ Unfortunately this days we’re forced to have them around to prevent theft from stores I have read a few negative comets in here and If you have nothing to hide you should not be upset that somebody is doing her job Keep up the good work nice Lady

This shop is awesome. I had problems with my truck on New Year's Eve, and was recommended by a fellow trucker and I have to say the guys stayed and welcomed me into the shop like I was family, they figured out my faults and repaired them fast. These guys will help you with the littlest things like explaining what the fault was and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. I have to say a big thank you and a good job well done, Thank you Rob and the guys at R&R Heavy duty repairs. :)

I only like dealing with Tracy B from the back... shes the best and has helped me with so many of my ridiculous projects and unfulfilled project dreams its CRAZY! Shes never been wrong when she says what I need to make stuff happen and Ive caught her several times trying to go for lunch but she helps me anyway. I think PA needs to clone her for the other stores because I never get that kind of service anywhere else!

I can't say enough good things about these guys - we were in a tight spot having to complete a job on an accelerated schedule over the long weekend. Dallas was an immense help. After two failed attempts with competitors these guys nailed our mix design and even stayed late on the long weekend to help us out. Don't bother calling the others - north star is the best.

Excellent! Great service! That brad guy doesnt know what he is talking about. He was the one that did not register and insure his vehicle and decided to come visit Sylvan for a weekend of partying and who knows what. The tow company does not drive around at random looking for vehicles to tow. The RCMP or bylaw calls them to tow vehicles that are not legal. Again, it goes back to the owner of the vehicles.

I don't know about this lady's experience but my family and I travel very often with Indo Canadian but we never faced any problem and they never give a hard time to their clients. It must be this lady's fault maybe she didn't reserve her seat. just like any other Indian won't LOL!!! Showing up is not a solution, no one is having a dream that you want to travel you have to notify them and reserve it.
