Pharmacy department is outstanding for their knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness. A special thank you to Breanne D who has made my life so much easier these past two months with issues I have had regarding my mother's prescriptions. She has definitely gone above and beyond, especially when she pointed out to us that she could not in good conscience fill one of the prescriptions without talking to my mother's doctor...who ended up lowering the dosage as per her suggestion.

Mark came over as scheduled, fixed our kitchen sink at a reasonable price. Did an excellent job, left place clean and also did some caulking between the granite and the splash wall without us even asking to do that.

My garburator, which I had installed myself, was no longer receiving power. I spoke with Jim on the phone, after confirming I'd done some basic troubleshooting he suggested checking that the internal wiring hadn't come loose, as 90% of the time this was the case for my particular problem. Sure enough, after I re-stripped a wire and reconnected everything, the garburator was again. Jim offered his expertise free of charge over the phone, and saved me a potentially expensive service call!

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

We have a 5-1/2 year old home and for the last 2-1/2 years we’ve had one small piece of siding under a 2nd storey window that keeps blowing off. I found out last Christmas that the people who put up and take down our Christmas lights were setting the piece back in place. Then it would come down again the next time the wind blew.
I contacted Jordy at Chartwell, and within a couple of weeks, the piece was permanently back in place, and at “no charge”.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500. I found them very easy to deal with with no pressure! With out even asking they gave me a really good deal which also included a 2 year warranty with Lubrico. After owning the truck I had a small leak in Radiator. With no questions asked they had it repaired. They also had the A/C topped up without even asking. They trimmed a large maple tree away from the roof with care, removed a ginkgo tree and cut the stump as low as possible, trimmed several cedars, and pruned a cherry tree to allow more light into the garden beds. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend Fraser Valley Tree Service to anyone looking for quality tree care.
