Excellent customer service and workmanship. They responded quickly and were careful to explain the process and products available. The crew was organized professional and efficient. They arrived early at 7 am and worked diligently all day and completed the new roof on our house as well as replacing the old venting ducts. They cleaned up all around the house, no remnants of debris of any kind. Highly recommend the company it was a straight forward, hassle free, honest and reliable experience.

I have tried several dog grooming services for my very timid rescued dog. Was not satisfied with any service until i tried Hot Dogz. Not only was the service top-notch. Service level is over 95% We have used this company several times. The latest was a Gas fire routine maintenance which turned out to be a bit more complicated.
When we decided to upgrade our main bathroom we went to Sierra Mechanical.
They are value for money.Graham is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. We have seen the quality of his work both in Plumbing and Gas sectors. I am a Mechanical Engineer and recommend Sierra Mechanical based on my experience in Industry.

I phoned this store in the evening, because my dogs were out of food, and I needed to know what time they closed. The manager informed me he was closing right now. When I informed him of the situation, he told me he would stay open an extra half an hour to accommodate me. I rushed down, and was able to get my dog food. This store will have my business for as long as I live in the lower mainland!
