Although I have stayed overnight at the WelcomInn a few times, mostly I come into town only for the day -- they offer very convenient and cost-effective day rates. Parking is ample and free.
The location is great for me, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything I need, including free wifi. There's a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance, but I usually prefer to bring food from home, so the small fridge and bar sink are great to have. Check in and out is easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
My only complaint? It would be nice if the rooms had microwaves.
Overall, a great value and a clean, friendly, convenient hotel experience for the business traveler.

I purchased a Rubinet faucet from Preston Hardware near twelve years ago. The faucet worked well until very recently when the spigot seized. I contacted Rubinet and they sent a replacement cartridge within days. Hesitant to replace the cartridge myself, I contacted Preston Hardware for help in doing so. I took the faucet into Preston Hardware this morning and it was ready for pick-up within 90 minutes. Thank you, Nuno for providing excellence in service.

A big shout to the service team for quickly finding the issue with our slide out and ordering the parts. What a great surprise when we picked up our trailer it had been cleaned inside and out, even the shower doors... A great perk for the clients!

I went to Capital Home Medical Equipment for my CPAP therapy. They are excellent and would recommend for anyone in the Kanata and Ottawa area. The staff were very helpful and got me the best CPAP machine, equipment, and accessories in the market completely covered.

amazing customer service!! Both employees jumped in to help me finish my package to meet the UPS pickup. They both went out of their way to ensure that my parcel made it to Missouri before Christmas. Scheduled a D class driving test last minute so needed a vehicle immediately. Was able to get a 20 foot truck in good condition almost right away. Staff worked extremely hard to get me into the vehicle and onto the road as fast as possible.

The longest wait I've had at this location was 10 minutes. It was lunchtime on a Friday, and five customers walked in, while the phones were ringing.
They quickly adjusted and got everyone out of there and they were all friendly about it. This is by far my favourite car rental company, because I actually feel valued as a customer.

I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I will continue to utilize there service when I come and refer anyone I know that requires a rental car or other vehicle. 2PPCLI
