I am so pleased with the recent conversion of my 1984 electric furnace to propane by Sparlings. My sales advisor, Daniel, thoroughly explained the different brands of furnace to consider, and the pros and cons of each. Vlad and Tim carefully and efficiently installed the tank and line and took care to leave my lawn looking as good as possible. John and Joel installed my new Trane furnace the very next day and they thoroughly explained its operation and features left my basement clean and tidy.

Steve's Moving & Storage is by far the best moving company i've ever used!! Thier service was amazing from the time i called to inquire to the time they billed me at the end. They were professional, polite, on time and very respectful of my family and my belongings. We used them to move and also used their storage pods. They did an excellent job and i'd refer them to anyone moving!!!!!!!

Great experience. I was picked up and returned from their office by a very polite, personable young gentleman. As I recall his name was Marwan.
He was also the person who signed me in. He did a great job of explaining all the extras that would be appropriate for me.
The Manager, Andrew, was also great. While I was there, I observed and heard him deal with many customers and a problem that he handled in an impressive manner, very polite and customer oriented.
I will return when I need to.

Hi Guys...I just wanted to drop you a line regarding my recent snow tire purchase. I am extremely happy with my new Toyo Tires on my 2012 Prius. They run smoothly and quietly. Handling is excellent. You were able to work me in between other appointments and provided me with honest advice and superior service. I felt the price was reasonable and the work was done to my complete satisfaction. Absolutely amazing customer service, would not go to any other Rogers store. I tell everyone to go to this location, the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always trying to give the best deal possible. They really know how to treat a customer.

I use this location on a monthly basis to print club newsletters to send out to the few who are on our postal mailing list.
The cost is very reasonable and the convenience of emailing a pdf and picking up the copies later not to mention being treated like a valued customer spending 10x or 100x has been an incredible blessing and is very much appreciated

Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service and they have 100% of our business going forward for all of our party supplies! Thanks Bina!:)
