I went to the south calgary store first and had a Leer topper installed. They did a great job and even connected me with their north location (BYRON) at the last minute for a rushed part that I neede. BYRON waited for me before they closed for the day.

Just purchased the new couch for the home basement! It is amazing the leather is soft and the design is really cool! They will have it delivered the day we get our house so we have a place to sit and relax after everything is done. So far they seem pretty cool to deal with! Nice experience!

I am always happy with Red Bloom and look forward to getting my hair done because it's such a treat. The salon is beautiful, the service is good, (though I wish they were open on Sundays) and I love the head rub with oil and the hot towel as they wash my hair. The salon uses Aveda products which is my favourite!

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico

We recently moved into an apartment whose original owner was a heavy smoker. Faux wood blinds especially in the master bedroom were badly stained from cigarette smoke. Even the cords were brown from it. Ram Cleaners arrived, removed all our blinds, gagging when they took down the worst one. Two days later they returned with pristine blinds, all with snow white cords. Windows were washed and blinds rehung efficiently. Our two workers were very cooperative. We were also impressed with the price!

Class 5 Road Test with Rick was tensionless, educative and enlightening with the instructor (Rick). He displayed professionalism and student calming techniques. He gave clear instructions throughout the test, was friendly in approach helped me maintain ease. Though I passed, he went over a few points I still need to work on and I appreciate that helpful honesty and constructive feedback he provided. Now that the renovation is complete, the store is actually pretty nice and organized. However, theres a few areas, like the flooring, hardware and some product selections that could be improved on if they want to be a more complete supplier in the reno market. The store itself is great though.

After the storm hit here in Calgary, RTS was sensitive to my concerns regarding my broken trees. They were there to evaluate and remove and fix my trees. I really liked how efficient and friendly they were, and my yard looked brand new when they left

I used this company on two occasions to service two separate Eurostar irons purchased by family members. Both were extremely happy with the product - they just needed a tune up after years in use. Both “fixes” were done promptly and effectively at minimal cost. The downside was the location out in Springbank but it was very easy to access. Found customer service to be very good.
