My experience with Kerrisdale Cameras has been great. We had Richard at the Coquitlam branch and he spent about an hour with us explaining what the Nikon D3500 did. A few weeks later we went back and bought the Nikon. They have a reputation of helping you after you have bought. Plus, they have used equipment at a reasonable price with a 60 day warranty.

We recently went on a trip to Africa and got a bunch of our supplies from MEC including mosquito nets, sleeping bags, quick dry and wicking clothes, hiking boots etc. There was a great girl working there that had just been to Africa and gave us a preview of what we could expect. Laurie Robyn, Richmond hair stylist, recently did my husband's and my hair. The cuts were stylish and she did what we asked. My color was done correctly, no reds that don't belong on my brown hair. The salon was friendly, easy parking and we could avoid traffic because of its location at Blundell and Garden City. She is also very flexible with booking a time. My husband liked his haircut. I would recommend this shop and Laurie for a quality hair color and cut.

Went today for a vaccination at the Fort Street Shoppers and to buy some make up. The lady at the make up counter (blonde, European I think) is brilliant. She picked out exactly the right colour lipstick and foundation for me; I only realized just what good choices when I got home. Thank you!

I am so pleased with North Nanaimo Early Learning Centre. My daughter loves it there so much she doesn't want to be picked up! She has not only learned her alphabet this year, she has learned the letter sounds and is now reading before entering Kindergarten. She has also learned to count & can make it to 100. The program is more than I expected in a day care - it really is an "early learning centre".
