While the initial experience was poor, Mr Handyman has bent over backwards to fix and remedy the situation. They have since come by and made good on repairs and made good on my poor experience. I have a tankless water heater installed by this business. They provide excellent services. When the sales person arrived at our house to do an assessment and cost estimate, he identified all the issues with our existing heater that was installed by a previous contractor. Rapid Home Service is a fantastic cleaning company and one that I would highly recommend to others. Upon my request of a move-in cleaning, their team of cleaners arrived on time, and were extremely detailed in their cleaning of my new home (did a fantastic thorough cleaning of all my appliances, baseboards, countertops, etc.).
